Rearrange the topics on the main page

I would probably change the topics ordering on the main page, where for instance the feed back options and member options etc are kind of first to be noticed. I would move them to a lower position, or place them in a side bar. The topics that members are interested in would then be moved to the top.

Hi Fredrick. I'll be doing some forum re-ordering over the coming days. Currently, there are 7 forums before you get to the real meat. Some should stay I think, but others could move or be changed to sub-forums, or initially collapsed, etc. I'll make some changes and then post here when it's complete and you can let me know what you think. --Robert
