Simplicity holding things together makes a bit more palatable sense than gluons. Love the thought of it, too.

Not neccesarily. If it were simple, we would already know everything of the universe absolutelly without the need of science or philosophy... We would be born with that. And anyway, what is simple and what is complex?

That is a good question. I think simplice and complex are also relative. But wait you say we would have known everything if it was simple. well but aren't we trying to know the simplest particle. Then we don't know anything of the simple that is why it is all so complex.

Complexity leads to confusion because anything which is complex can be viewed from different points whereas something simple gives less chance for different probabilities.

Absolutely right, Michael. Simplicity does not mean that the path is easy. It means that the path is straightforward. It does not, however, mean that because the path is straight that we see it or chose to take it. In fact, I sometimes think that the simplest concepts are the ones that are the most difficult to grasp!

I agree. There is nothing harder than being able to explain things/ideas the simplest possible without leaving out parts and confusing the real meaning of them.
