When we operate from our higher consciousness, and give its unconditional love, we become safe and free from fear and vulnerability, for our conscious awareness is the audience that witnesses of the dramas and traumas that play on our minds. We may be used to operating from those lower levels of consciousness that have to do with the endless securing of possessions, the seeking of more and more sensations, and the constant gaining of control through power seeking, all of which are not ultimately satisfying because they can never ever be enough.

In our personal relations we can learn to put ourselves in the place of others and avoid our emotional upsets by sympathizing with their motives. We can thus bring peace and harmony to ourselves and those around us instead of mirroring their moody behaviors and spreading them to others. Rather than wearing blinders and interpreting the world in bits and pieces and thereby losing it, we can learn to see the bigger picture.

We can learn to live in the here and now, the only place where life actually happens. Also, negatives can be turned into positives. Fear can be replaced by the excitement of a new opportunity; hurt feelings can become a reminder of where our love and caring went, anger’s energy can be redirected toward solving the problem. Happiness will reign and continue, turning into bliss. Life can be happily accomplished through unconditional love, being fully present for each moment, and seeing the larger reality of life. We can then harmonize our energy by going with the flow of all the energies around us instead of fighting the current and suffering. Low level emotional suffering will be no more, having been replaced with a higher level awareness. We can absorb life with an awestruck reverence for its overpowering beauty. Living becomes more exhilarating and heartfelt than anyone ever dreamed of. We will be free of inner turmoil and its ill effects on us and others. There will be no action by another that can disturb us.

The basic and enduring resolution to the whole predicament must be founded on love for
ourselves,on a radical,all inclusive acceptance of ourselves as we are,today.

If we embark on a program of self-improvement,we shall never reach its end.Neither our
personality nor our body can ever be perfect,nor our financial net worth large enough.
Freedom lies in transcending our personal psychology,not in totally reforming it,nor in
totally indulging it.

Loving and accepting ourselves sets the stage for the challenge of loving and accepting
others.Knowing our own limitations and problems enables us to have a more compassionate attitude towards others limitations and problems.

Self acceptance allows us to transcend our overarching concern with ourselves and enter
into service of the greater good.

The perception of wisdom is the conscience activated by the unfolding principle of evolution,how can we open our conscience? How can we distinguish between the voice of
our conscience and the voice of our egoism? We find a way to gradually develop an intuitive sensitivity to our inner perception of rightness.

The instability of our hearts and the clutter of our minds present problems in this regard.
So many urges and thoughts vie for our inner spotlight that to hear the voice of conscience amid the cacophony sorely challenges our intuition and discrimination.
But spiritual practise quiets our mind,pacifies our heart,and supports the emergence of
conscience out of the noise.

Simple logic would suggest that as we are part of the whole,and the whole represents the
toe,then by fully understanding ourselves,we will then by virtue of this insight,understand
the toe as well!

On the road to freedom,we must let go of everything as me or mine.Letting go of
attachments,non-attachment should not be confused with detachment.On the contrary,
non-attachment is the antithesis of detachment.Through non-attachment we free ourselves to love,to be wholly engaged in life,with family,friends,and profession.In non-
attachment we disengage from the barriers that seperate us from others.
Detachment ,on the other hand ,fortifies the cold walls of seperation.

If someone slights me,a whole train of thoughts and emotions may ensue and persist for
hours.If I am awake enough at its beginning or even in the midst of it,I see how I cling to
the hurt feelings and thoughts.If through that seeing,I am able and willing to release the grip of my reactions on me and release my grip on them,then they subside on their own.
I am left breathing easier,unburdened and free to respond or not to the original situation.

My energies are conserved for better uses,such as joy and mindfulness.My will is a little
less caught in the habit of a self-reflective stance,in creating a false sense of myself as a
person who was hurt by someones slight.

The key to the toe is locked up and vouchsafed within us,self-understanding is the key
that will release this vital information.

A day of dawning illumines our vision,allowing perception greater scope to "see" into
the life we inhabit?

Outwardly the dawning comes daily,but inwardly,years,nay,decades,can pass,between
one dawning and another.

As we awaken,a sense of unease overwhelms us,this grows as we awaken more,and
penetrate deeper into life,our ego feels fearful,we feel afraid,what are we then afraid of?

Simply that we are loosing ourselves!

When all" is dis-solved,then what is left?EGO =ease God out?So if we realize our true
being then we are GOD! There is a big difference between i am,and I AM,this is balanced
within by the monitor within,the soul,that which provides "cover" "cloth" for the inner spirit
to move in dense and dank realms.Nirvana is a "state of beingness"where resistence is
"very relaxed"and therefore the ocean of spirit "washes the shore of self"and peace "wells" up from within.
