The way in which I got my patent is an amazing story.

In 1995 I was introduced to a patent attorney through a draftsman.

I called my attorney to be and told him about phases one and two of my yin-yang discovery's he was interested and asked me to come in the next morning.

I presented my findings of the internal geometry as well as the diamond face like structure with radiant aura or mystic cross to him.

He was blown away by the simple beauty of what I had discovered and said to me. "I don't quite no what you have here but I think its extraordinary I will challenge myself to patent this for you".

Thus began his effort. I also made 3 more discovery's that we put into the patent. One of them was the template mechanism that shows how the 16 phase motion is done using a magic marker machine.

This machine is what really got the patent it for me and my attorney.

During our preparing to submit my work to the patent office his partner as well as others at his firm teased my attorney for all the work he was doing because no one there thought it would receive a patent.

We submitted and one year later I received my U.S. Patent.

My attorney had been to China so he had some connection to Chinese philosophy but we never discussed his views. He was a nuclear submarine commander in the United States Navy. Obviously no dummy.

The most AMAZING thing was he, my attorney, refused to except one penny for the time he put into the prep as well as any other fees. I paid for the patent.

Thats how I came by this most strange patent. Wow!!!!!
