Just wanted to know your views on the 'universal foam theory'...

At the time you asked this question I was not familiar with the theory to answer your question. I did do a bit of looking and reading. The subject is interesting. I think that much of the information that we get from investigating mico particles does not normally help much in the understanding of the basic principals of our existence medium. It does return much information that is relative to on going experiment that are for some specific capital endeavor. In this case it may show another good reason for what my feelings are. This may give us some insight soon. I am a bit late with this as I missed the times event and only found reference after the fact but in any case. See the following links.

WHen I asked this question I was sipping coffee at an airport. Somehow, it seemed that if we expand the coffee cup to be the Universe, then the galaxies will be the bubbles, how I have not been able to figure out what the coffee will be...
