A previous life:

In the early 1800’s Muslims on the Barbary Coast were causing trouble, just as they do now, and were attacking U.S. ships. Although the Koran had recommendations of peace within its earlier sutras, it had long been determined that the later sutras on violence superseded the earlier, being thus the more final word. Of course it was all made up anyway, as many humans excelled at that and still do.

Well, anyway, Thomas Jefferson had had enough of these pirates and so he formed the first U.S. Navy to deal with them, putting me in command, and so we more than decimated them.

I chanced upon Mohammed’s secret and final revelations directly from Allah, not via the Angel Gabriel as usual, which had never made it into the Koran since Mohammed had just ben assassinated, perhaps because these ending revelations would have to become the new last word.

Unfortunately, they were lost at sea.

They began with ‘Peace…’.

What is lasting and changes not?What indeed! Well the everpresent now is one such thing,all of our lives are lived within now,yet we seem to have a past and hopefully a future,but have we truly? What was so important to us yesterday is meaningless to us today,why?MOE brings home the truth that faced with the eternal everything is meaningless and of no real use,or has it?Has working through the meaninglessness of sorting through different things brought about an unfoldment from within us?Have we now greater access to a deeper level of consciousness,a greater understanding of the very vastness of the now?Questions that arise within the stillness of mind,and answers that are forthcoming presented within this very now.

Is there really a battle being waged between toe and moe? Or is it in our imagination,the toe would like to link up all aspects of universal expression and unite them in one complete idea or theory,whereas moe suggests that all this is meaningless and dont waste your time! One uniting factor is that eventually all things will reduce down to thing if you dig deep enough,therein lies the secret.On the surface there is the illusion of many varying things,however if you penetrate below the outer appearance you will see "tentacles of connection" reaching out in all directions,this is the very web of life itself.

When just one thing is seen as being real,call it consciousness,or intelligent energy,then the real understanding of what is will take place,and the search for missing particles will be abandoned,btw,those missing particles are not "lost you know" we are!

The 'meaning fullness' of everything is in tune with the consciousness we feel. I think that the TOE quest, that we practice, is in harmony with the consciousness and is a good and worthy endeavor. Indeed most of the sciences and most of religion are in harmony with the consciousness. This is a large part of what makes up our soul (that which measures our feelings of consciousness). It is our life, our subjective
self-consciousness, our heart.

Many thanks jag for your thoughful post,I too feel that the forum is a worthy endevour,consciousness/energy are the prime movers of all in the relative world,hopefully it will soon move science to see this truth,posting about consciousness on this forum might just catch ones eye!
