The latest research library has been ready for a while but I never made the official announcement. So here it is...

ToeQuest Research Library is Open!

This is the second generation of the Research Library. All articles in the previous library have been transferred.

What is the Research Library?
The Research Library is where all of the higher quality research-related articles will be published at ToeQuest. The Research Library will use top-of-the-line components and will be heavily promoted on the Internet to attract traffic to the research articles and the website. It can also be accessed using http://www.toe-articles.com.

What features will it have?
The new Research Library will have the following features:

5. Support for articles ratings and comments

13. Supports a "Read Article Later" feature
14. A top-of-the-line WYSIWYG editor

Who can post articles to the new library?
The Research Library requires authors to go through an application and vetting process to ensure that only quality authors are registered to use the library. Since the library will be the first exposure of many to the website, we want to make sure we give a good impression to the world.
