Added a New Chat Room

I've added a new chat room to the website. This replaces the original phpMyChat chat room and is yet another step towards a unified TOE website. The chat room is available to registered members of the TOE forums only and does not require a separate login. I've played around with it some and it looks really nice. Check it out and let me know what you think.

It's a nice chatroom but it would be nicer if it was used. Isn't it a good idea to have openinghours or something like that so that people are there at the same time?

I'm working on opening hours or something similar. Currently making some upgrades to the Chat Room but I'll be posting a meeting topic and time shortly. Future progress on the chat room and related issues should be followed in this thread.
