Upgraded the member article section

The member articles section has been upgraded and now has a direct link from the upper navigation bar. Check it out and let me know what you think. I'll try and add back a module to the home page that displays a random article. Some of the improvements will not be visible to members, but will allow me to more easily great special-purpose forums for future features.
