Re-organization of forum navigation menus

I have reorganized the navigation menu bars into something that's a little easier to use. I have the various forum groupings on the upper menu bar along with the logout or a register entry if you're already logged out. The lower menu bar has the drop down menus giving access to all the other website features. It was a struggle to get everything to fit and yet make it usable, but I think it turned out rather nice.

Your control panel appears under MEMBERS, rather than being its own link. Also, the MEMBERS link has much of what previously appeared under 'QUICK LINKS'. The Games and Quiz are included under FUN and the news feeds appear under NEWS.

I've designed it so that it's much easier to maintain. If you have any problems with it or you would like something added or removed, just post your comment to this thread and we'll talk about it. Also, the menus and dropdown menus are aware of context, so will change depending on whether you're logged in or not.

Hello Robert I noticed it was easier to use today thanks. I'm new here at TOE and hope I can express myself openly without asking too many dumb questions.
Robert I think the TOE author will win the NObel Prize, but I think before that happens many people like yourself will win this same prize for furthering Science.
