Recent PM Spam

If you received a recent PM from emile_jensen be aware that emile_jensen sent out a pm every minute for about 13 hours to wish you all a Merry Christmas. Either Emile is a very thoughful and dedicated person or a spambot that does not care about your Christmas. I choose the latter and banned Emile. I have also put further controls in place to limit spambot registration so I should be able to prevent or at least reduce the damage done.
