I'm wondering how to advance our Quest for the Theory of Everything. I've got some ideas, but was hoping to hear ideas from the community. I'm looking for big ideas such as a new website feature, process, tool, etc. that will provide a significant boost in our ability to research, collaborate with others, increase our understanding of TOE related concepts, etc. You guys have any ideas you'd like to share?

One of the best ways to stoke fertile discussions and advance knowledge is to force opposing parties to communicate in meaningful ways.
I hope you don't take me the wrong way, but I do think that trimming the amount of forums would help our interactions.

In my opinion we need more control over the spam from materialists right here on our forums as members of ToeQuest.

A prime example is the repetitive spam from graybeard re "stopping motion" in respect of the "Materialism As An Absolute" thread.

The proof of materialism as pseudo or false non-science is based on the fact that it has not and cannot be tested as to its true or false status. And that per se is the proof that materialism is false science because it has not and cannot be tested.

I second the forum trimming idea. Actually I recently posted something like that - darned if I know where I put it though... I'm having a hard time finding anything.

Just last Monday I ordered a book on website usability that discusses the topics you guys are raising. It should be here by tomorrow.

I'll be reviewing the forums and I'll close the less popular ones. The spotlight forums haven't taken off as I expected so I'll end them in their present form. However, I think it's important to highlight member's theories or 'World Views' so I'll be replacing this with a cool idea I had recently.

Also, to help find things, the Posts dropdown menu can be very helpful. It's in the middle of the lower navigation bar. Close to the bottom of the menu you will see options to find all the threads you started, and find all your posts. The first option, 'Watch realtime posts', is neat since it displays a post immediately after a member submits it. No browser refresh is necessary.

Are you implying that the "stopping motion" Bs is a godsend for materialists?

I see by reviewing certain link sites today (thursday Jan. 11- 07) that you have access to sites that verify everything that i am saying and very likely know and are very likely aware that i am posting the true explanation re the T.O.E.

Michael, in respect of Roberts comments re spam and not to worry about hurting his feelings - it is obvious that you are the one that needs to lighten up - your private message was so darn rigid and your thoughts so threatening re "I don't want to see you leave here William, so please tolerance and good grace okay."

I think that you need to practice what you preach. Lighten up you are allowing a bit of authority to go to your head. As for the fanatic comment let your words be a mirror in that respect there is no excuse for such rudeness do you feel threatened by me ? My quest is Truth not Bs in any way - shape - or form.

Robert obviously understands what spam is a hell of a lot better than you do. Perhaps what was going on with graybeard was way over your head ?

The fearless leader was making a bold and daring observation that reality has multiple interpretations, and people tend to think that their own interpretation is the one and only correct interpretation. Regarding the "stopping motion" posts, I am implying nothing since I have not read those posts. I'll do so shortly since you have peaked my curiosity. However, keeping with the ToeQuest Vision, I would suggest that Graybeard's posts do have value and are worthy of consideration and discussion, unlike spam.
