I checked back through all the forums and changed the permissions so that only registered users can start new topics or make comments. That was my original intention; however, a few forums where still open to the public. The one exceptions is the User Feedback forum that I left open to public so that guests may also participate. The intention is to prevent users who might be less-than-serious from posting to these forums. Although far from fool-proof, registration will at least require some level of commitment and accountability since a working email address is required.
