New website search feature

You can thank baudrunner for this one since he brought it to my attention.

I've updated the website search feature located on the homepage. It stopped working at some point in the past, plus was located at the bottom of the page so probably not many people knew it was there. I have now fixed the search on the home page so it searches the entire website, not just the forums, for the information you enter. The search results are displayed within the ToeQuest website on a Google style search page. I also moved the search box to the top of the right column in a more prominent position so people can more easily locate it. It will be moving to the header on all pages once I've completed the new header design.

Try it out and let me know what you think.

Robert, I'm doing a project in my college, we've got do build a website for creating a forum somewhat like this one but on a different subject.... And we've not progressed much... We are struck completely at how to manage the database...
Now, I really know how hard it is to manage a website.... So, thanks for all the effort you put in to run this smoothly...
