Battle of the spam-bots!

Hello Members,

I wanted to apologize for the recent upsurge in spam posts. Hopefully I was able to remove most of them before yes saw them. Behind the scenes, there is a constant battle between forum owners and spammers. For every advance in technology used to block the spammers, they will learn and adapt. The spammers are no longer human, but are automated spam-bots that will register with hundreds of forums were they often remain dormant until called upon to vomit their messages of disgust. I had this under control until October 1st, when the spam-bots were able to bypass my automated security measures. Yesterday I upgraded my defenses and I again seem to be winning. I caught 3 of those bastards in the last 24 hours! Plus I found about 10 of the sleeper variety and banned them before they could do any harm.

I'm still winning! Caught 18 of those suckers so far before they could complete their registration. None have made it through my trap yet!
