Attention members!

There are more changes coming to ToeQuest. Starting this evening, and continuing for the next 9 days, I'll be working on the website full-time. For the most part you can come and hang out as usual. I'll occasionally need to shutdown the forums or website, but the shutdowns will not be extended. I'll send out a news release, start new advertising, and send an announcement to all active and former ToeQuest members a week from Sunday and start building traffic to the website again.

What's changing? I'll be bringing the Homepage back and I'll make it more functional this time. That's probably the biggest change you will notice. Other than that I'll be working through my ridiculously long todo list. If you know of anything that is broken please post it here or send me a PM. If you have an idea you would like to see implemented, try clicking that 'feedback' label over there on the right side of the page. That's a great way to make suggestions or vote on suggestions from others.

I'll post updates here as I make progress.

The forum and blog software have been upgraded to the latest versions. Below are just a few of the changes:

1. You can report a private message if it's inappropriate.
2. Social group discussions and categories are available.
3. Private messages can be sorted and filtered.
4. Private message history is available.
5. Quick reply can be used to reply to PM's.
6. You can configure which parts of your profile are visible, and to who.
7. Lightboxes are used to view all images in a post.
8. A new "Community" link is available in the side menu.
9. A 'Blog This' button is available for every post so you can automatically start your blog entry with the post quoted.
10. A new shoutbox with timestamp, detachment, archive, search, private messaging, and more.
11. Various stability improvements, bug fixes, minor usability enhancements.

There are many more features that have been improved. I suggest that you go explore, post some messages, review your control panel to see what's available. Did you know you can start multiple photo albums from your control panel? And these can be easily linked to your posts or blog entries. Did you know that Carly has started a 'Carly Fan Club' social group?

Be sure to click the FAQ menu entry under Navigation and read up on all the features available. Most members don't know about or don't know how to use many features of the website. The FAQ should help, but post your question here if you want more details on any new feature and I'll answer, start a new thread, or add it to the future Knowledge Manager.

Oh. I'm not done yet either....
