New Category and Forum Added

I have added a new category named Theory of Everything and a new forum named Characteristics. The goal of this forum is to stimulate discussions on the characteristics that define a legitimate Theory of Everything. I posted a forum introduction, as the first topic, that discusses the purpose of the forum in depth and what topics are expected.

Also, I've noticed that some forums seem to be straying from their original intent and other forums are not receiving much traffic so I'll be posting forum introductions in all the other forums over the coming weeks.

I added another forum today named TOE Theories in the Characteristics category. The intent of this forum is to provide a central location where users can post their TOE theories and receive comments on it. Other published TOE theories may also be posted and discussed.
