Hello Mikal, Thanxs for the welcome! I would love to hear of those awe inspiring moments that you speak of Mikal. And to think that you have been having those moments since you were a child is amazing. My butterfly story is this. I was on one fine summer day at a fish hatchery that was in a remote area that one had to travel by boat to reach. I was alone near the residence and cap troughs containing the salmon fry. I felt so good and warm, as I was standing, I reached my arms out to my sides and tilted my face up to greet the sun. I stood reveling in the warmth and great feeling. I felt a tickle. Then another, and sensed something. I opened my eyes. There were orange Monarch buttertflies on me! There were more flying, more like flitting towards me. I was shocked at first, then I just simply felt amazing. I closed my eyes and just stayed in the same position. I could feel the butterflies all over me. I opened my eyes and (just then my ex came around the corner and sw all the butterflies all over me, and he stopped in his tracks!) saw a butterfly climbing right up to my face, and silly me, I all of a sudden saw the body of the butterfly and got grossed out at how big and yucky the body looked, and shreiked, and flapped my arms all over, and ran. Now when I think back, I am amazed and certainly feel silly for running at the end! Please Mikal, get back to me on this! Sincerely, Tarina

Hi Tarina...if you ever want to have a genuine butterfly experience I urge you to go the Butterfly Emporium in Niagara Fall, Canada....

Its beautiful because you enter the ecosystem of every butterfly you could ever imagine. It is pyramidal/octagonal shaped which goes up through levels like thick forest, running streams and with paths and little wooden drawbridges. You are only allowed to whisper in there and it is marvelously beautiful and peaceful....the butterflys come to the people as you walk through their world....
