What links humans to the Cosmos

I have just read a paper by Proffessor Brian David Josephson,Nobel prize winning
physicist of Cambridge university,entitled "what links humans to the universe"
a brief synopsis,Quote"What are the mysterious interconnections that we find
both in the sub-atomic world of quantum-physics,and inthe world of human
experience,phenomena such as telepathy,nowwell established in the laboratory?
We seem to be linkedto each otherand to the world by mechanisms that science
still hardly understands.This is immensely significant and we can hardly begin to
understand the many implications of these links"Unquote,That is a brief taster
of the paper which I found interesting.We all seem to not only connected but
also interconnected to each other and all of nature.Whatdo you fellow toe-rs
think?

Well, Michael, I just posted that maybe the void of the universe is soul. This is a new idea for me, I never really thought about it, but wouldn't it make sense to explain the interconnected nature of us if it was? (with us being similar to rays of sunlight of the void/soul). I also think that as humans we retain a herding instinct, so our connectedness could be explained on a biotheoretical level as well.

However, although there is a connection between us and the univers,e it is very dificult to explain. It is already nearly impossible to find a good line of connection between I or any individual, and the system, society, to humanity, well imagine how complex is humanity-universe.

There seems to be quite a bit of correspondence between these two realities. Anyone care to add?

Our own founding fathers based the U.S. Constitution's balance of powers on the obvious universal balances, which James Madison observed in the dean's office, of The Cupernican Model of the Universe, when he first entered college.

I guess reality is in the eye of the beholder. Some people's reality gets them locked in a loony bin, others get awards. Is there really an objective reality and are we all able to access it?
