Man has several bodies,and inhabits them all either consciously or unconsciously,we are all familar with the dence physical one,but we are
less knowing of the emotional body(astral body)which is an exact replica of
the physical body.Astral travelling or projection,is a natural occurance within
the human race.It is a truly vast area,an emotional ocean,that has been
in evidence since man started becoming self aware.an immence out-picturing
of all human thoughts and emotions.Where we visit on a regular basis,most
of us have no memory of these sonjorns,but many do,and the numbers are
growing year bye year.Although man will be immerced in the astral plane for
many life times yet,it is pertinent to mention however that the astral plane
as well as the astral(emotional)body are both illusions,as with the physical
body,they are not principles!They are the result of imaginative creations that
have been evidenced for thousands of centuries?When man becomes more
soulfully orientated and embraces the reality of inclusiveness,then the need
for emotionalism and selfishness will fade out of existance,and the astral plane will also phase out of its relative state we now think it resides in?

hi there everyone
unfotunatly for me when i was a teenager a friend of my parents told me about astral projection and gave me a start on how to do this, my way of thinking has never been the same since and personaly ignorence is bliss but his idea is to only be thinking of one thing or better still nothing but i figured nothing will be a bit hard to reach especialy once you reach this stage you have a load of other things to do plus i am not sure if thats possible anyway i tried it the way this person told me and i could feel that it was doing something but i kept losing it so i invented some thing ellse aswell as what i had been told and that seemed to work and yes i am ambarased to say i did astral project only to within walking distance though (not that i walked i just apeared there) i am ambarased caus most people just think your insane ( not that i have told anyone but its afected my way of thought eversince )but its a brave person who seeks to think of only one thing this process is a bit like being drowned in nothingness allthough i would think most people here think to much to be able to turn it all off but if you would like to give it a go i can certianly explian how i did it but i am no profesional or expert at this and not done much reading about it mainly because most writings about astralprojection are spirit or god based i just seemed to work out an allmost scientific way of reaching that one thing were most will use a spiritual root, which personaly is safer caus in most of them that i read you have to have a guide or a door just incase
i will tell you how you can maybe achieve this i say maybe caus even when you do it your still unsure that you have and who will ever know if you do

Swoarg,thanks for bringing life back into this old thread,astral travel is a natural
occurence,and we all do it in our sleep,though most never remember there trip,there are
others who do.I have been involved in this for over 30 years now,it is part of a natural
law,which operates automatically when we sleep,this can also be achieved while awake
buts that;s another story.

hi mike yes i have just noticed the date of the last comment shame its a good subject
you have expierence in astralprojection
i have never realy spoke to anyone about it so i am hoping my expierence makes sense to some one who knows about the subject it was over 20 years ago when i did this but i can still remember it fairly vividly and the possibility that this and other events are possible has totaly effected my trian of thought and i have been trying to figure out how it can be possible ever since, the anoying thing is i wish i had traveld thurther for all i know i could of been sleep walking but i am hoping i can share this technique with others basicly just to see what others think
as i think it works but will never know unless others try

Hi Everyone,
I understand this as you do Michael.
Think of a beach you were on or a certain womans arms you were in and instantaneously, out of body, your there. I would call that Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscience.
I don't recall any "Traveling", per se, that "I" had to do to get there, as soon as the thought appeared, I was there [not me, as I know myself in 'my personal nature' but my essential nature 'went there']. So it was travel, though not in the 'common sense' of the word, an "extrasensory perception" might more accurately "describe" it. or maybe the O.O.B experience of a no body?

I Am That and you are too.

Easily verifiable. A common "sense" if you will,and not unique to man alone, I would presume.
