Michael...so nice to read that someone besides me has experienced seeing oneself outside of self...the day it happened to me I was basically just resting my eyes...I felt a strange almost whooshing sensation...at first I thought...no don't open your eyes...but I did and I was standing in front of me...I felt my heart lurch and then there was another whoosh and I was gone back in me....I remember walking to the kitchen and saying...okay, that never just happened and then I kind of wondered what it had been...talked to a specialist who studies astral mysteries and she said the ancients called it your "doppleganger" or spirit self...interesting, so I thought I would share that with you

i like this subject, although i feel iv left my body when ever i just relax and close my eyes, i can feel apart of myself floating around and it also feels as if all knowledge is surrounding if only i can see, but unlike you guys when i leave my body i cannot see anything and feels more as if im in a dark part of the galaxyand i can feel a presence of extreme power but as said i cannot see anything. and when sleeping i dont dream the last time i dreamt was when i was 15 and i remember the dream perfectly but since then i recall nothing on waking up other than the last thoughts b4 falling asleep. is any one else experiencing such things? or lack of things rather...

Hi Michael...yes I have studied Blavatsky and I also studied Gurdjeffe and the Fourth Way which is quite a complex thought system but interesting...

Hello, I dont think I have personally had any sort of experiance of this sort. I have felt really small or really large sometimes when I lay down and close my eyes but I attribute that to dizyness almost. I am very interested in the spiritual though.

Hi Dive...the spiritual can be viewed on many levels...we are finely created and fine-tuned beings fully capable of visionary and perceptual experiences, we can live from a heart field full of beautiful and complex rushing feelings and emotions and we are capable of higher mind experiences which can be quite remarkable....our aesthetic possibilities and sensory explorations are experiences never to be feared but taken to higher levels of understanding...
