What is truth,can we know it?

If we can see ourselves as we really are,living intelligent energy,then by accepting this truth we can indeed get to know what we are and in doing so we will discover that we are all interconnected and interlocked into a vast cosmic dance,we are all motion and moved by the upsweep of evolutionary pulsation.

What I am is truth,so it follows that if I truly want to know truth,I have just to BE-MYself as I truly am,sounds very simple and indeed it is,however fully realizing oneself and more ever so to understanding that is a job that usually takes many lifetimes.

We can know truth by knowing ourselves,there is no other way if we are honest about it,truth is evident in what "IS",we just have to understand exactly what "IS" Is!

I think sometimes we confuse belief with truth. Many people believe what they believe to be true is true, good or bad. I agree, truth begins with in thy self and one should always keep an open mind. Truth can be a hard thing to accept in this society of ignorance.
