In altered states of consciousness, such as by meditation and contemplation,
there are at times occurances that seem to permit entry into what could be like another dimension,I have experienced a few times over the past thirty years a
inner sight of light running as a liquid, now I have seen molten lava flow from a volcano, and it certainly gives of light, but this is different, the light I have seen
can be gold.blue,or even white, now is this possible to explain in science,I know that it would be easy to say that maybe I was having delusions,or that itwas
the result of wishful thinking,or even that I had gone bonkers!!But if that is not so,then the question is can light flow in liquid form,in this dimension, orany other,
and is there such a thing as Pure-White-Light,not madeup from the seven primary colours, but pure whitelight??There is also mention of liquid light in the
ancient wisdom,can science find it!

True darkness is destitute or partly destitute of light. Darkness means not receiving, reflecting, transmitting, or radiating light. That light is a luminous energy. It consists of quanta of energy which move as if guided by waves.

I would say here that both darkness and light are faces on a creature. Both have the same existential basis. Our bias toward the light I think has to do with the particle nature of light (quantum) into which world we are plugged in - but let's remember this - with the aid of the dark! There is no light without dark...

that leads me to question what the nature of darkness is....if we haven't been able to determine the nature of light, could we determine the nature of darkness (without reference to absence of light) and extrapolate light from that? The first is only interesting if it is the beginning of something. The first is not interesting if it is the only - Djanet Sears

We might even go so far to day that darkness is the indifference to light. Any thoughts? And going even further, the inability to appreciate or interact with the speed of light...

entrance into objectivity, and expression,in the physical universe.

Darkness is light that you cannot see, for the continuous oscillations of that which make up reality have for you severly limited scope.
There are creatures on the bottom of the sea who have the same range of seeing within the spectrum of light as did Commander Geordy on Star Trek: The Next Generation, or the Predator in Predators 1 and 2. Those creatures are only fancy crustaceaons, and you are merely human. Even birds see better than you do. "There is nothing permanent except change"

...the darkness or the light? If indeed one or the other did come first...and why do we not have a speed of darkness? Before you ask, it is tobacco in my pipe, thanks...

see,as you so rightly say,we have a very limited abilty and range of vision.
