Does the universe exist because we are concsious? Or are we concsious because the universe exists? Anthropic Principle, Observer Effect, Intelligent Design? Comments?

both!To account for Ying=yes!Yang=no!
And intelligent design,which is so,so,obvious to anybody with half a brain and
eyes that function.
