Some would say at the speed of evolution?Others would say light! I would say zero mph,
    as it is an illusion.

Thanks for the opening thread swoarg.

Well ... first of all, to know the answer to that question there is a prerequisite that you already know the answer to another question.

What time does speed travel at ?

It seems to vary with the coordinate system with which it is associated.

First you need to define what you mean by speed in this context. The normal definition is that speed is the time rate of change of position, which is not what you mean in this case.

RascalPuff's answer is the most correct in this post thus far: special relativity shows us that time is an observer dependent quantity. For example, a body moving at some speed (less than the speed of light) will measure a different amount of time has passed between two events than a stationary observer (stationary with respect to whatever frame we are taking to be a rest frame). See here for a nice introduction to relativity.

Sure. Depending upon your background, there are various books available out there to learn special relativity (which is where I advise you to start). See this link for a short booklist; or feel free to ask if you have any specific requirements.

I may be off base here but I thought space and other things moved, and that time was a measurement of that movement.

When did time start to move? Did I miss something?

    Best to all,
