I for one don't want Steve telling me I need to find my inner beauty. I think he makes a patronizing therapist. I'll stick to my anxiety meds for my therapy needs. Oh and your initial comment about being in natural and artificial light reminds me of my little baby, he likes to sit in streams of light coming through the window and he plays with the dust! I'll get a picture of him doing it one day, he's looks really cute doing it.

BTW Steve, if I look in to find myself and I see the truth, isn't it supposed to hurt? Since when does the truth look so pretty? I don't really get into that pop psychology Oprah Winfrey stuff. Sure there's good stuff in me too but why would I lie to myself and ignore the bad? I don't have a self esteem problem Steve, I was rated as one of the top 100 girls that provided the best company to men that paid for it in the USA, and they paid a lot. Don't even go there with the stereotypical thought of what you think girls like me think of ourselves coz I guarantee you are wrong there too.

....it feels like when you are playing gung fuey with your dog trying to nip you but you avoid by dancing evade in such happiness and joy of motion untill in one leap and spin you sort of hang there in the air for just that extra moment and time has stood still ... and when you land the dog just lays there swearing at you for such a trick knowing you won.

    kind regards graham

I'm certain you're entirely fine, Sally. I apologize if it seemed my comments were patronizing or sarcastic. I hadn't intended them to be.

Yes, there's a mix of both good and bad, but which version is what you really want? If you could pick that one from all the desires deepest within you, wouldn't that be something amazing?

Notice that life is a pressure or a transformation, the edges get worn and eventually the body slows down, but there's a whole bunch beneath that that's the real unchanging version of yourself - it's all the things you'd keep - the version of yourself you love the most. Life doesn't make it easy to see that side, but it's there and seeing even part of it is beautiful - life throws things at you. It's what you look like after getting a chance to clean off that's amazing

I can't believe I am about to engage in this.

It's best not to assume you know a persons personality.

I don't have any desires deep within me. If I do they are all being fulfilled in the privacy of my home.

WTF are you talking about? Is this your version of what enlightenment feels like? No offense but you remind me of a woman with all your emotional talk. I thought you said you have that left and right thing balanced out?

Beautiful song (if you can have both a balance and an appreciation of all of it that's probably one of the best things around ... but it's not very easy to do)
