The energy requirements of this "feverish city of globality" is either minimal (quantum borrowing) or is tapped into somewhere we don't yet know of.
The organizational features of this mini world (around your head and mine) cannot be completely alien yet the overview of the sheer amount of its activity is impossible. For example, a related piece of data, the number of neuron connections in an individual brain amount to about the volume of quantum particles in the Universe.
The "dead" in this world is viewed quite differently. Their "ego" configurations while "alive" were put together as temporary particle structures where their giant body and its surrounding dominated it.Following its dissolution some configuration is held together - the motivation (?) for which I don't understand.

There are some unanswered questions here and think more experimental research is needed using artificial brain systems as projectors of the sub world or some other techniques to mentally integrate the "giant" world into the "micro" world from which it emerged and temporally (through time) lost connection of.
That sounds very interesting Jim,where could I( learn more of this theory,
it sounds promising.I personally accept it as fact that life, all life that is ,is eternal.

regards michael.

Re: What happens after you die?

Quantum theory, Michael, as such. Within its purview are quantum psychology, quantum consciousness, and surprisingly CTMU. The latter mainly for its slant on linguistics: that ultimately the Universe is presented as syntax (laws) for "subject" and its "predicate". (Very simplified here.)

I agree, 20th century "religion" saying that life is framed by total annihilation all around is not such a certainty. I was somewhat disappointed. That certainty was so comfortable.

Thumbs up Re: What happens after you die?

What happens after you die?
That's why I have come to this site.
It is so interesting to read these posts from likeminded people who are seeking answers to the BIG questions that I believe everyone asks themselves at one stage or another.
If they don't then I believe they may be kidding them selves or avoiding it.

I, like everyone of us on this planet do not know exactly what happens when you die.
I can only say what I feel in my heart and mind:
Life can be so complex from looking at the most complex computers for example or the smallest animal on earth. I can't believe for one second that all that we are going through is for NO purpose, it is by chance or something. When I logically look at life, our bodies, the universe it is absolutely incredible. There must be more, how can it just stop?

I also believe that love is a massive thing, without it where would we be?

So far from this forum I feel love and a common bond and Karma.
It is a pleasure to read every post and learn another perspective on things.
Good on you all.

Peace.

I have been a bit stressed lately (a few real deaths) so apologies if that was a bit heavy.

Re: What happens after you die?

If you merge back in the "Word of God" i. e. the "Formative Sound of Creation" - you exit the "Wheel of Life."

If you do not find (or if it does not find you due to Karma) the " Word or Light of Truth" you drop below human into lower species until you are born again as human and have another chance to exit the "Wheel of Life." We spend some time depending on our karma in spiritual planes before we drop into the lower species in the physical-material.

The "Wheel of Life" consists of the --- physical - material --- the astral --- the causal--- and the supra causal --- in the supra causal you are free spirit freed fro the wheel of life --- in Sach Khand or the "True Plane" you are one with God as Infinite Consciousness or Infinite Love.

Re: What happens after you die?

I'm a huge believer in Karma.
I like that concept Infinite.
So basically do the right thing here and you will progress to a higher level/life...
Sounds good.
I think we all feel better when we do positive things so our natural instinct is to give positive Karma....maybe??

Re: What happens after you die?

I think we are what we are because of the make-up of the body, and if so the "I" wouldn't be able to transfer to another body without being another person altogether.

So for reincarnation to work, in the sense that "you" would live again, the whole universe would have to recycle in order to recreate the same circumstances that brought "you" here this time around.

I also think there are two more "permanents" other than change: existence and nonexistence. If something exists, it always does, and if something doesn't, it never will.
