Hi Graham....you asked how do you relate to the Bully? Well I studied energy and survival to understand the mentality of the Bully. We have stimulus reaction which is when we are comfortable, feel no unease and are free of internal stress. We have a stress reaction which is internal uncomfort and is about our vulnurability to stress. This is all because we have functional needs which if not met take us to inner tenseness and strain.
Bullys have a high stress reaction because they have like hypervulnurability to internal stress. Their energy rather than being released gets internalized because they usually are formed and shaped by outside confliction which becomes their confliction. They are usually "put-down" so rather than become other-centered they become self-centered and self-absorbed. They usually need to be competitive but cannot so become aggressive, they usually need to be somewhat independent but too much outer authority while young makes them authoritative with others. They do not understand power asymetry so become power seeking.
I worked with a young (Bully) grade niner. Because he had a high need to physically work his own energy he had bad classroom performance, inability to sit for long periods, he had excessive immature impulse control and knew nothing about the cues to understand anger rising. He was a challenge but I used to pull him from the class and work him out in the gym; thirty laps, weight lifting, the punching bag, shooting an hour of hoops and I also taught him all about anger which was news to him. I taught him his "cues" so he could recognize when he was going to bully. Bullys reveal in therapy that they have high needs to be ambitious so when that is not fulfilled they become Bullys.
The only way to help them is to understand what they need to do with their energy and their particular need or way that they need to mobilize their energy.
Bullys are full of frustrated and angry energy....

So, it is what I was saying ... containment was done, (other not working) means made available to the bully persona and in critism self critisism he realising what was not working throwing it out enabled him freedom to find what might work elsewise. ... ty, kind regards Sage
The knowledge I gained from all of this is that after death your soul take exit from the physical body (death) and goes back to its origin with God to learn another lesson. I believed in re-incarnation because we all came here before in many lifetimes. I read Brian Weiss- Book- "ONE SOUL MANY LIVES" together with a few others. It tells you that the soul re-born.
It is the same here on earth, there are no co-incidences of events and happenings, including death- Infact we chose the way we should died, it is called a blueprint, in other words we made out our life chart before we were born, we chose our parents, our culture, or life etc., I truly believe in all this stuff, if the question is asked why we suffer or why we are poor and why we got cancer, its in our path to learn and to grow from all this situation. We called it the Earth School, we are indeed here to learn and grow on this earth. OH, IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE.
Hi Harmo....I agree with you that the idea of re-incarnation explains many things we find mysterious in life but I do not agree with forming life beliefs from a book somebody else wrote. I usually question all my reading material and examine it indepth because I want to think for myself when forming my own view of life, living and my world view.
There is alot in the re-incarnation thought system that makes sense to me and because I have experienced my soul leaving my physical body I therefore know that is a truth, not because somebody said it was but because I experienced it myself.
I do believe that most people, situations and events come before us for the purpose of learning and growing, although we have no proof that re-incarnation is true, it in a strange way makes sense.
Hi Graham; it's still dark. I guess we'll have to get another role model, in case we outdo Him in his commandments someday, such as murder or harm, unless everything people said about Him is not true.
Poor devout ex-President Jimmy Carter had an impure though and admitted it, feeling sinful; however, Jimmy was the last to know of this though because the brain of human nature comes up with 'forbidden' thoughts subconsciously. Even if Jimmy then vetoed the thought as not an action to take, he still felt guilty, for the thought had been there, a no-no. Me, I think natural selection made us feel sexy and there ain't much can-do about it.

A wise Judge told me as every day it was noted to hm by me that his foot touched the bottom step to the Courthouse front door at the first strike of the town clock at eight each morning that punctuality was a virtue of Kings and Princes as be Patience ...and he continues "i make those that will see me late inside by two minutes, giving them credit due to there humanity.. " Give it time, the light will dawn! And what a beautifully formed sunrise it is. ~Sage ... (Graham is busy ...)
Our spirit/soul is not physically created...it is energy so therefore has to come from some source which must be whatever God, it, he/she is....is it beyond our comprehension??? It looks that way....
We know nothing for sure so we can only discuss these things and attempt to grasp insights when it is possible....but I place the experiential as far more important for grasping truths concerning the meaning of life...
