Of all the forces, Gravity is the most fundmental. After all, Gravity is not only associated with Mass, but Energy is also effected by it - gravitational lensing.
So, a photon, often described as the carrier of electromagnetic force is also effected by gravity.
Coincidence?
Or are both gravity and electromagnetic force inextricably linked in some way. Could they be different attributes of the same thing?

It's also worth noting that Einstein's original concept of a 4 dimensional SpaceTime was nothing more than a mathematical convenience. It has, however, become enshrined as the cornerstone of an almost religous view of the Universe.
The fabric of SpaceTime is not a literal material.

I see the strong nuclear force the more fundamental of all. Gravity is the most broad in the sense that it connects to all energy, but strong nuclear seems a much more convincing force as cornerstone.

According to physicists, yes. There at least strong connections between them: for example, in the black hole, the electric charges are opposite to matter, so when this one enters in contact with it, they destroy realasing energy. some of this energy is mass. and some is released as light. from mass to light, that is, from gravity to electromagnetism.

I'm not sure about this. I believe you are right, but I also believe that there is something, and that it is particular, nto continuous.

If you take a large quantity of energy and put it into an environment of extreme pressure, you end up with a concentration of gravitational forces somewhat similar in size to that of strong nuclear force.

Q. Where is the only place that particles come together to form nucleii with the strong force to maintain the structure?
A. The core of stars where there is extreme pressure.

Thanks a lot for the paper. I had thought of making a substitude for some of GR's math that makes it dificult to unify with QM, but hadn't come across this polarizable vacuum idea.

When you say the size of the gravitational forces will have a similar size to the strong nuclear force do you mean that the strength of the force will be similar, or that the size of the space it affects is similar?

I presume that if you have enough pressure, then the cummulative force will be the same.

However, to produce the similar amount of force would require a large amount of energy particles. As these combine to create the force, their properties will change as they become a system. The cummulative effect of all these smaller charges would create this larger strong force, but only within the system. Move beyond the system and those attributes are longer present.
At the pressures required to achieve this, the size of the final system would be extremely small and dense.

This would give the effect of having a very strong force acting over a very small distance - exactly the properties of the strong force.

The only slight problem with this approach is that there are no protons or neutrons, but then we can't actually see the nucleus of an atom and those particles are rarely seen in isolation. So who knows?

Hi Robert,
I am unable to resist your bait in this puzzle.
Last year I announced a geometry theorem: "Open and Closed Universe Theorem"
-Courtesy of "The Math Forum" @ Drexel University,
where I argued for a Universe, that is open and closed at the same time,
not one or the other, but both ,as the pair of wings of the same bird.

For more, check:"Open and Closed Universe Theorem"
Thanks.

No one answered my arrogance??

we get older.

Time is real?? Don't know for sure/leave the question open (consider giving an answer not really objective).

I don't believe time is real. Or else we have not undestood the reality of time in the true sense.
