I understand and agree with all, and the order they are in. But what if the top one, "Seft-Actualization"? I don't get it just by the word.

The following describes a bit more about self-actualization

Up to what I've seen, I enter in the fourteen points given in your link about how self-actualizing people are. Even the one of "highly ethical" for although I say I have no ethics, it's not that: it's that I have no ethical theory, or doctrine, but I do have a lot of ethics and don't do what I think I shouldn't do, and not because of fear to hell, as I'm atheist.

What place to you put yourself?

But still, you have many properties of other higher needs. So you aren't really in fact at the bottom, you are at a sort uf superposition.

for now, I am at the bottom but since life is dynamic, there is a good chance to be in higher levels.

Life is true dynamic. And it converts kinetic energy into electrodynamical force.

However, if we consider the entire population of the world, there are more at the bottom layer than at the top layer. A perfect society would then be a population inversion to the top for coherence similar to laser light propagation.
