is conscious dreaming key to consciousness

To describe consciousness, there are a lot of theories; however, there are a few people who have gone into depth with their consciousness theory. When looking on the internet I found a website that gives you conscious dreaming when ever you want it. http://www.shaman-australis.com/~claude/dreams.html This is only theory that does not go crazy into religion or science to describe consciousness and also give you the tool to experience what he means.

if you do this simple method you will have conscious dreams where you actually have real power and remember it; however, you should check this out because it makes it easier and explains technique more. http://www.bio.net/hypermail/neur-sc...ne/024159.html This method creates a strong hallucination that drift you into the dream. the most important thing of finding out what consciousness is not thinking about it but explore it.

p.s. if you don’t believe the theory just please give this a try because you can waste an hour and dislike it or waste half your life in dreams you don’t remember or don’t care for.

Consciousness is a universal reality,and all manifestation of existance is conscious,we are that with the added ingredient of self-consciousness,aware
of who we are,and able to ask the question,who am I?Where do I come from?
Lucid dreaming is about being awake,while sleeping!And being conscious,self
conscious,while within that dream,and being able to explore a new dimension
of reality,that remains closed,usually when we are awake!
I have practised lucid dreaming,many years ago,I may well take it up again?
