The Psychology of the human Soul.

Matter is the vehicle for the manifestation of soul on this plane of existance,and soul is the vehicle on a higher plane for the manifestation of spirit,and these three are a trinity
synthesised by life,which pervades them all.Through the use of matter the soul unfolds and finds its climax in the soul of man.
The above is a brief synopsis of the inner motions of expression of the life principle.
The next stage in the teaching of human psychology is upon us,that is the acceptance and
recognision of the human soul,This recognision is seeping and oozing into the minds of
many intellectuals,and has already been lectured on in some universities,albeit ,
presented as Para-psychology!
Soon there will be within the curriculum of the Pioneering universities,the Psychology of
the human soul,this will be taught,and accepted,along with all the ramifications that this
acceptance and understanding will bring.

Given your response, I suspect that you may be inclined to agree with the following:

Dreaming is an altered state of consciousness. And while dreaming, we do not know what characters in our dream will do or say.

If life, too, is an altered state of consiousness, then we would not expect to have foreknowledge of what others around us will do or say.

As a result, life may be an altered state of consciousness of a "higher self" just as a dream is an altered state of a "higher self."

If our current life is not just our conscious state, but a collection of beings co-existing in conscious states. Then, so too, our dream state may be jointly engaged by other beings.

Yes Jak,I can agree with the outline you have mentioned,the "higher self" being soulful?
and implying a "lower self" which is wilful!

You have a point there,I call "it" the soul,which in turn is motioned by the spirit!

But if you name it anything, then it must exist long enough to perceive it, and it also must have identifiable (repetitive) characteristics such that you recognize it when you perceive it again.

Facts are typically shared ideas where all parties agree not to disagree. If there's still disagreement, then it ain't a fact. Further, if the terms are not synonyms for each other, then they are not the same and not interchangeable. Each would apply to something different.

Given the differences, then the issue becomes: "Are they truly different? Or are they different aspects of the same thing?" For instance, energy and matter seem different, but Einstein's famous equation (E=mcc) showed that they were two aspects of the same thing. Also, recall the fable of the "Elephant and the 6 Blind Men" to see another variation of differences which are intertwined and part of a more complex system.
