that is probably one big reason why human beings have evolved in what they are now - using light emitters and exposing themselves to light emitters not just emitted thru the sun and also experiencing multiple light reflections/filtration in general and that individual and specific ...

is it not just for the scenery of it? sure i would enjoy a sirius sunbath ...
moon reflected light is present under certain circumstances so nothing special if an animal or bacteria reacts in a special way (as a habit) ... it is not just the light itself but rather the timeframe in which it is (or was in evolution or was not in general) available ...

so is light in general just a result of an active structure in movement as a current result in a space port different than where it is present as this active structure as an instant - why not?

Reflections have always fascinated me, like when
a newborn will stick out it's tongue, if you do so.
I never believed this, that is until, I got to hold
a week old baby in my arms. I mean this baby
did not know me from adam. I got brave enough
to try it, I stuck out my tongue, and sure enough
this new baby, followed suit. The babies family
got a kick out of that, of course.
Maybe our DNA/Rna acts like a mirror, you know
like when a teenager thinks he or she is different,
but then dresses like his or her peers to be different.
No rhyme or reason, but it does happen. The
conflict occurs when the teenager has to prove
to their reflective parents that this is the new
DNA/Rna taking place, i e a new era to evolve
yet again.

Thanks Betts,tragically the urge to mirror some behavior results in copy cat crime and
murder,the mirror reflection of Jeckal and Hyde!
