    The following research was reported on CBC News, and interestingly, coincides with my own experience of working night shift and sleep patterns, as in the past five years, I have had different shift starts and lengths, and observed that but a slight change in the start time seemed to really make or break my rhythms. My present start time of 1:00 a.m. is far more acceptable to my body than my previous shift that varied start times between 10:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.

    In particular, night shifts that begin after midnight may allow workers to get more sleep and experience less fatigue than shifts that start between 8 p.m. and midnight, they said.

    Our flat decks at work have the wheels positioned in such manner that if one places too much of the load close to the rear of the deck, a similar unbalance will occur, and often the product will spill off the deck on to the floor.

    Such occurrence then being funny because it is the human who must pay the price in doing the cleanup and starting over.

    Enough said.
