    Mental diseases are highly comorbid

A team of reseachers at the University of Amsterdam have found that mental diseases are highly comorbid, meaning that many diseases which the Standard Model considers isolated are in fact related. According to the researchers this implies that the Standard Model is flawed and needs modification.

What do you think? Are they right? Is this such a big deal? What will change if this is accepted as true in the scientific community?

I'm not quite following you. I do not take any offense. I'm just a little confused.

    Anyway thanks.

    smiles, well, Thanks for that.

I was just thinking, "if you were a forum shark or troll from this forum", in sheeps clothing.
Appearing now, as My Ignorant, all hypotheticals, nothing accusatory. sorry. if it came acroos as such.

Your post "might be" considered, at least in my own mind as...baiting, or waiting to pounce, on the first of the unsuspecting, its just me being cautious, like I said, I didn't directly mean any offence, my apology again.

just testing the waters for sincerity,
for what it worth, you get a + pass.

and there's plenty of room in my boat for like-mindedness

    Welcome Aboard.

I may be stupid, but I'm not a troll. Seriously, how could I use this to troll? Is it that stupid? Please explain.

Do you mean a previous troll from this forum reincarnated as me?

I understand, please, reread the post carefully, I explained the two options of my suspicion [niether were an accusation], I wasn't being accusatory, sorry if you mistook it as such, that was definately not my intention.

    I have/am an Honest Spirit
, I would hope that would be the focus of your attention, not an "intention", on either of our parts.

My Intention is Love and understanding, I hope that is what shines through most brilliantly.

I know you weren't saying that you were certain, but I'm still wondering what caused the suspicion. I might be doing something wrong. If I know what caused it, I might be able to prevent it in the future.

I do value your honesty. So please be honest.

Well, this is a science thread, so none the less, let me try to explain, honestly.

Grammar, word sense, and diambiguation (discernmet) all play a vital role in interpretation and expression.

If you found my statement somewhat ambiguous, you may have placed more emphasis in your own mind than I placed in my post,

Its fairly easy to have,....misread something that as "wasn't truly there in the original", since two observers, [and "we" with only our Bicameral minds alone are two in duality or two chambered minds, can transpose or get mixed up, when rei-terating what "we" think "we" witnessed] Can give different accounts of the exact same incident, incidentally.

Both being honest or truthful, to the best of their ability.

Does that, make any sense to you?

IAm, can be, trying, at times lol

    sorry

Yes, it does. That's why I'm trying to understand your account of the "incident".

Some "urge", throbs within me, maybe a parental or a Paternal urge?, while any parental or paternal urge can be explained by psychology, it's an "uncaused cause", is delving, betond acham's Razor, into the parpsycholgy/metaphysical or Mystical realms.
(not sure you'd follow, c-w, me/it, or be agreeable with what transpires/transforms... there)

    none of my own "doing"

Hindu's have an appropiate name for it, imho:

SpandaSpanda is a Sanskrit term for the subtle creative pulse of the universe as it manifests into the dynamism of living form. Spanda can be translated to mean vibration, movement, or motion, referring to waves of activity issuing forth from an unseen Source of spontaneous expression. On a more personal level, spanda refers to consciousness as it orients through thought and intention to organize into authentic action. You may experience spanda as a desire to live according to your own innermost urging, act in line with your interest, follow your curiosity, and attend to your body's natural rhythms as they harmonize within the grander scale of natural life seasons and cycles.Living in a way that keeps us connected to our core beliefs and desires brings health, stamina, and joy. When we lose our creative "spark" or spanda, disconnecting from our own personal expression of vitality, we lose energy, focus, and a sense of well-being and may eventually fall ill. Connecting with what drives us, feeling that presence in our bodies, is also when we are most aligned with the natural spontaneity that defines life processes.Yoga practice encourages this conscious connection. Through yoga we learn to listen attentively to our own inner guidance as well as work creatively with the archetypal forms and timeless instructions passed down through the millennia.

I just allow it, and try to follow it, trying always...to do the next best thing.

Sometimes, people arent looking or want any help.

so that isn;t always, the easy road.

But thats the only, thing, I""Am of, a Certitude, with.
