1.I am in the universe which I observe. There are multiple pasts and presents as well as multiple futures. It is not so much dividing which occurs but reducing the number of possible universes that I am part of.
2.India, for example, wins in more than one universe, and the universes are unique so do not combine.
3.A and B are mutually exclusive, but there are many possible individual configurations of all the particles in the universe in spacetime, of which 3/5 involve the electron being in state A and 4/5 involve the electron being in state B.
