Correct, thought is faster than light, as you as a being, a life source created the thought. But if you as how fast is thought, they will come up with a measurement of the bio-electrical reaction produced by thinking which can move through the neuro- pathways at light speed or less.

Time particles, the base unit of time, as I mentioned, incorporates all of the concepts of time... including instantaneousness. Therefore, time is the fastest component in the physical universe.

Thought is not created, it is accessed and assembled at a speed faster then light.
