The problem is, they have never been put in the public forum of TV, but these laws have existed since the times of Plato, then repeated by Ben Franklin, J.M.Keynes, Paul Davidson and Jane DeRista, amongst others...     Can you get anything more simple yet comprehensive than the 10 Golden Rules? And look how succesful they are (not).

    If people don't get their emotions under control no amount of rational reasonable explanations will prevent the problem of "unlawful" behaviour.

    personaly i believe evil is a tool that can be used for the greater good but humans will never master this tool until we know the root of it

    Yes we need to identify root - but what is your reasoning behing mastering "mastering this tool". Just explain in bit more depth.
