Truth is Timeless

An unknown truth is not a fact and so it cannot be used as such.

E=MCC was always a truth and so then after this fact became known we could use it.

If you guess at a truth and then see that it is usable then, too, it becomes a fact that you can use for sure and depend on.

However, just saying or pronouncing a "truth" doesn't mean that it is so [a fact, meaning actuality, certainty, verity, gospel].

Lol ..... But is an 'Unknown Truth' an 'Unknown Fact', and is there such a thing as an 'Unknown Fact'. The adjective and the noun appear contradictory.

Somehow I lost Graybeard's post responding to my explanation of a request by him "show me a fact that is not true, or a truth that is not a fact.??

It's all about our time demension. "Truth is timeless." Knowledge and facts are truth defined by our life and time. When we escape time and become timeless ourselves, truth will be seen in all it's glory.

Unknown truth is just truth that is not believed. Truth can never become man's possession without the exercise of faith. Man tends to crystallize science and dogmatize truth because of a fear of the unknown. Truth is always more than knowledge.

Greg, Since I don't beleive we could find an unbiased arbiter on this issue I guess our beer bet will have to hang in

I can accept that. Unknown thruths are not known. But that does not mean they don't exist. All I'm trying to say is that truth is what we seek and finding it is our destiny.

How about that truth is sometimes larger than a fact, the truth being a woven fabric and facts being some of the strands?
