Hi Antonio,
We can never outrun or doubts.
If we want faith to bring us to some new understanding of timeless truth I think we have to let go of our will and just go with the flow. We will be drawn to the truth. When we are caught in the gravity like attraction of truth and we can just relax the doubts will fade and the truth we seek will come into focus. Depending on how well we are abe to center ourselves relax and let our will succomb to the attraction of truth, we will be able to lift the vail of our doubts. All we are doing, really, is returning to our roots.
We are the truth we seek.
We are all part of the same timeless truth.

I'm sure mental relaxation is not the same as muscular relaxation and that brain muscle is totally different from muscle in other parts of the body.
