"Man know thyself" a noble injunction,when we begin to know ourselves we invoke feelings of unease within us,this is caused by the ego who senses that his reign grows
exceedingly short,and diminishes with each revelation of being,so worried is the ego about loosing its hold on you,it will try all forms of distraction to take you from the task at hand,ie,knowing yourself.

My theory in the making.......***INPUT would be of some help as I am a believer in spiritual realtions, but didn't buy in to the Bible, I'm not all too familliar with the biblical texts.
Could it be that this knowledge being gained over the years, while doing mass damage to the enviornment, finally open the eyes of humankind to the facts, if giving proper proof. That all things are as ONE, through a connection so extreme, until now was incomprehendable to most. That all things seen are from each persons own point of views, and nothing is what it seems, but of an illusion. That the combination of our own personal thoughts and feelings, and misconcieption has been the cause of all of our own lifes problems, and reason for the disharmony and mass distruction of the world we live in being at the fault of these same UNITED feelings and illusions. Given this knowledge, I'm thinking we would be dumstruck not to UNITE and overide these problems counquering them once and for all throught the positive thoughts and feelings, and the knowingness that we are all trying to accomplish ONE goal, in order to reach ONE destiny. Thus releasing each Spirit, as one with itself, to soar through the Essence of Earth (Heaven) in it's most perfect state of Beauty. Enjoying the well deserved eternal life in OUR Kindom, just as promised so long ago, happily ever after.

Cosmicknowledge....It is in my opinion that the Bible was never meant to be read in a literal sense. you have to remember that the Bible was scripted from the ancient psyche. Their culture and society was laced with mystery schools, which were of the nature of secret societies, so much of the writings are symbolical and metaphorical and must be read as such.

The religious movement used the Bible in a literal sense and yes much damage came from it especially control of the masses. I do not believe the power of our faith was meant to be forfeited over to others, we simply need this to shore up our strength to face our lives. Aside from that if you give your mind over to an established and fixed dogma you lose the right to own your own mind and think for yourself in life.

I have had the "oneness" experience you speak of, as throughout my life I have very much been struggling to balance myself between the physical and the spiritual. However, many years of study have passed, enough for me to realize that life itself makes us very diverse and I feel that is the way it is supposed to be. The oneness experience is so quick it is simply re-membering many aspects of our memory system.

As far as I am concerned the only illusion in life is that our cognitive development is interfered with to the point that we are left handicapped by our own inability to be able to see deeper into the greater environments of our life such as the world we are in and the society we are a part of. It is in the "oneness" moment that we heal ourselves, complete our consciousness and can now look out at our enviroments and see deeper into reality. The oneness moment is also the attainment of ultimate survival.

It is only when we take the opportunity to quieten down the mind,take a deep breath,
and look within us,that we begin to see our real purpose of being here,rather than the

Yes indeed there are Melanie,an old occult axiom says
"as above so below",however this also occurs as in,outwardly occurences reflect inner realities.So as we
have the pattern of the cyclone you have shown above
there is an inner corrospondance to this,and the "eye of the storm" is that inner stillness surrounded by turbulent
energy patterns,we can and do experience this and sometimes call them "spiritual experiences" or a sudden
"flash" of uplifting ideas and knowledge suddenly flooding
into your consciouness.

Yes deep within us we know we are whole and complete,but on the surface we find a different story,what is real about us is hidden we see only form and take that as reality,and for many thats all it is,we are at all differing levels of understanding what we percieve as reality,for me this is all an illusion albeit as Einstein said "A very real one".
