also could it not make sense that a black hole could be absorbing so much matter that it could create another big bang at the very point of its cone and create another universe like nebulas give birth to stars?

Hi crabby1 !
One variation of the Multiverse theory includes this concept, speculation is that the black hole could create another universe, and this process is continued until infinity.

Question Hmmmm..... - 02-07-2006, 10:06 PM

so are we saying that at some point black holes have a maximum saturation point, at which they need to "deal with" the matter they've absorbed? I haven't thought about this, but it doesn't make sense to me right now.

but that would mean there are infinite no. of verses(uni). what does the theory explain about how they are arranged?

I Agree with what Planet Bob said earlier. But I will go further. The TOE has to be the simplest of all Simplistic's. And the root to all that there is now, what some call The Singularity, would be the simplest of all simplicity. And being so simple, would have no interest to those who look for complexity in all.

The TOE, being rooted in the singularity, will have to be looked at in a very simple manner. The universe evolved from The Singularity, into a very complex form. So The Singularity is the simplest of all simplistic's. And there can be no TOE, without The Singularity at the root.
