hey, im new here and im 18 and i recently just got into this like weird phsyics/cosmology phase. but, like the theory of everything....is it even possible?? how can we humans ever think of something to explain this universe....we werent around back then and i know we can only guess and make a theory....but i dont know... imean, even in brian greenes "the fabric of the cosmos" he talks about how for humans trying to comprehend things its almost like trying to explain a computer to an ant...like, i know theres some weird, exotic answer to why were here etc...(i used to not believe in god...but now i do..) but by seeing all these shows, reading books, reading online, to me, everything only points to there being a higher "presence". like the laws of physics break down before the big bang, and how the earth is in just the right spot for life to thrive, i mean, who knows if we will find life on other planets but....i mean everything points to their being some kind of higher "thing" or ...i dont even know...i dont even think were made to comprehend that kind of thing....like we our creations, how can WE make a supposed ANSWER/theory to everything? hmm...anyone care to enlighten me, im all ears

Hey B0tchla xXx, welcome. I hope you enjoy your time here (I know I have). I believe that TOE is possible, human conception, as you mentioned, is quite limited (I like the ant/computer analogy!). TV wouldn't have seemed possible early on. I think the TOE must be linked to harmonics, I find music in life in an essential way. Everybody has different ideas of what's possible, and I have learned that what some say is impossible is THEIR impossibility.
