"It is also noteworthy, until further notice, that neither of these two extreme conditions have been attained in experimental physics. That is to say, cyclotron speeds approach but do not equal that of light, and cryogenic experiments (Bose-Einstein condensations; etc) approach but do not equal that of Absolute Zero. Opposite ends of the motion spectrum establish 'timelessness' (cessation of all motion): established by maximum motion and zero motion."
I would only add to John's thought-provoking posting that ZPE is suggestive of a merge of the x-y-z axes, eventhough existing at both ends of the energy spectrum, and this would apply as well to the scenario you proffer, RP, as a basis for dimensional extensions - inclusive of space, not only time/motion.
When you say, "Timelessness is also said to result if and when any physical entity moves at the speed of light..." it implies to me that light is not a physical entity. Perhaps then if light is the absolute non-physical attainment/confinement of the above-noted maximum speed, gravity is the absolute non-physical attainment/refinement of the above-noted minimum speed.

The abandoned - tentatively returning - Steady State theory proffers the same question, Rufus. It seems that the human mind demands a beginning and ending to everything and imposes that demand on the existential universe. Hence, the 'big bang' and 'big rip' suppositions.
The Steady State maintains there's no beginning or end, and that all the rocky material didn't come out of nowhere, but has always been here...
*SteadyState: no 'bang', no 'crunch', no 'rip'. *

That is just stupid Where did all this matter come from??
It's always been there!!
Where??
Where did it come from??
It's always been there!!
Where>??
Where did the where come from????
You need a beginning for both the place and the material
A theory about the beginning that begins with both a place and some material is not a theory!!

Shake you head
Sorry about this.. I'm freaking out again

Hey Michael:
Simply responding to Rufus' preceding post - his closure...

Post script: Word is, the universe has as many centers as observers. What do you think of this thread's thematic question, Michael?

Rufus is hurling freaked out aspersions from off his center.
Can anyone help find his way back home?
Michael? Can you chart Rufus' pituatary for him?

For a while stop thinking as a human who knows only a begining and an end. Even the matter that you are made of is recycled. It never had a begining.. only recycled...
