The manipulation of Hyperspace was incidentally also a part of the Philadelphia/Rainbow projects of the 1940's and Phoenix/Montauk projects of the 1980's. Creating a hyperspace field is not as difficult as one might think, and essentially involves the electromagnetic generation and manipulation of magnetic and anti-magnetic fields. It is the concise 'focusing' of such fields in order to accomplish certain tasks without disastrous side-effects which is where things become complex. The Andro-Pleiadean Federation forces based under Death Valley were reportedly in contact with Nikola Tesla -- through whom they guided the Navy's Philadelphia Experiments behind the scenes. Forty years later the Draco-Orion forces based under Archuleta Mesa had established contact with Dr. John von Neumann, who was director of the Montauk Projects on behalf of the [Nazi] Thule Society. The betrayal of the Navy's Philadelphia/Rainbow Technology to the Thule Society's Phoenix/Montauk Projects was accomplished by a joint CIA/NSA-SIRIAN-DRACONION "double agency" called the "Black Monks", who were involved in BOTH the Philadelphia AND Montauk projects. This agency was brought under the psychological control of the Draconian - Bavarian collaboration and became an instrument for the infiltration of these outside forces into American intelligence agencies, and in fact all levels of American society. As for the Phoenix [Montauk] and Philadelphia [Rainbow] projects, these are reportedly being carried out separately by 'Nazi' and U.S. Navy intelligence, respectively, as late as the 1990's and this has resulted in what might be referred to as a time-space war between the Andro-Plieadean-Navy backed "Philadelphian" agents and the Draco-Orion-Nazi backed "Phoenician" agents.

Based on what has been learned from a number of contactees, it would seem as if the Reptiloid-Grey interventionist-collectivists have succeeded in conquering several human colonial worlds in the past through 'Trojan horse' type strategies. Most of these have been quasi-collectivist societies whose global leaders have discouraged national, cultural and individual distinction, and who have sold themselves over to the alien agenda for self-centered motives, succumbing to the deception and propaganda of the aliens. Once the Reptiloid-Grey collectivists however set their sites on planet earth, they were faced with a whole new challenge. Because of planet earth's national, cultural and individual diversity and because the situation on earth was unpredictable as a result of this, the alien[s] were forced to gain more of a following of collaborating human elite than they normally would in order to establish their global dictatorship. This global 'New World Order' government would more easily facilitate the planet's assimilation into the alien collective. In anticipation of this, the aliens began to support and infiltrate the international fraternal networks [the Lodge, or Masonry] several centuries ago. Being that the United States of America was the strongest supporter of individual sovereignty and freedom -- individual distinctiveness, freedom and creativity being the mortal enemy of the collective -- they established several 'Trojan horse' underground bases in America behind the guise of "technology transfer", below various strategic areas. Even though representatives from several 'Federation' worlds -- who were well aware of the nature and strategies of the Reptiloid-Grey collectivists because of ages-old conflicts with the same -- warned the NSA-controlled executive branch of government against having anything to do with the "Greys" who were entering the system in staging bases that had been constructed within 'engineered' planetoids, the NSA ignored their overtures. The NSA, which may have already maintained a secret alliance with the reptilian collectivists due to its 'Nazi' roots, continued with the "interaction" projects, heedless to the warnings of the Federationists. Those within the collaboration who showed signs of resistance against the agenda had a tendency to disappear or die prematurely. The Reptiloid and Grey interventionists managed to infiltrate and take control of the deeper subterranean human collectivist [Ashtarian] colonies, although as they continued the planetary takeover from the bottom up [the same strategy they use to take over the minds of human abductees -- from the 'deeper' collective unconscious level to the 'outer' individual conscious levels], they met with some resistance from more individualistic American military forces who had access to the underground network, as well as from non-collectivist Federation forces. Through selective implantation and assassination, further dubious treaties, technology exchanges and "false flag" strategies -- i.e. feigning benevolence -- the resistance was for the most part subdued. Several 'Trojan horse' bases that were used to gain control over specialized fields of military-industrial research and development under the guise of the technology-exchanges were established beneath the following areas: Montauk - Camp Hero, Long Island [quantum-hyperspace mechanics & microwave mind-control]; the Denver International Airport [transportation & human containment]; Little Cottonwood Canyon - Dougway, Utah [cloning & cybernetics]; Mercury - Area-51, Nevada [nuclear & antigravity]; Lancaster - Tehachapi, California [ aerospace & computing]; and Ft. Lewis - Madigan, Washington State [bio-medical & bio-replication]. And of course the major base which supervises the activities taking place in all of the above, the ancient underground facilities below the Dulce - 4-Corners area of New Mexico. It was inevitable that draconian collectivism and human individualism would eventually clash within the joint-operational underground networks, and it seems to have began in 1975 during a 'demonstration' by the Greys of an antimatter reactor within the underground levels of the Area. There were a large number of human scientists and security personnel present in the underground chamber where the demonstration was taking place. The Greys DEMANDED that the military officers either disarm themselves or leave the room. One military officer, offended by this display of alien arrogance on a planet where the aliens were supposed to be 'visitors', questioned the order. This led to a conflict of interest which erupted into a military altercation, which ended with the death of one Grey alien and several dozen human scientists and security officers. Although there were apparently no further confrontations at that base [at that time], the incident was NOT forgotten, and may have sowed the seeds of a resistance movement which escalated within the "Dulce" [pronounced "dul-see"] base 4 years later in 1979, which became known as the DULCE WARS.

Interesting TP that in Chapter 11-14 there is the mention of General Reinhard Gehlen; he is a rather provocative figure in War History.

This allowed Gehlen and his senior officers to function under the guise of ‘an historical study group.’
Whitewashing Gehlen of his history as ‘part of a group who extracted data from the destruction of human beings’, allowed him a growing reputation as an Intelligence Officer with a major General’s rank and allowed the setup of The Gehlen Organization.

These statements above reference the work of French philosopher Michel Foucault who coined the word ‘Bio-power’ in reference to the practice of modern states and their regulation of their subjects. This was the rising of the force of Bio-power which we witness through history in the Hitler era and it continues today not in outright massive genocide but through a scientific dictatorship functioning under Political Bio-power technology.

Decoding the message on the disc...

ASCII stands for American Standard Code for Information Interchange and was devised by the ANSI corporation back in the 1960s. The original ASCII set comprised of 7 bits in order to represent 128 unique characters. However, modern computers use an 8 bit character set which can display 255 different characters. The 'upper' 128 characters are usually reserved for special characters such as accented foreign characters and things like the Euro symbol.

Ashtar Gallactic Command



On Saturday, November 26, 1977 at 5:10 p.m. in the United Kingdom, a mysterious voice who called himself "Vrillon of the Ashtar Galactic Command" performed an illegal broadcast on live television during the height of an evening news program.

The transmission lasted for over five minutes. This weird electronic voice - accompanied by a strange pulsating sound, echoes, and eerie distortions - overrode the normal audio broadcast signal in order to recite a lengthy statement warning viewers of an impending global disaster should humanity continue on its present course. (The hijack did not effect the video portion of the news broadcast and the illegal voice transmission was superimposed over the existing audio).

Near the end of what authorities have termed as a "rogue transmission," parts of cartoon dialog can be heard, including the “Looney Tunes” theme song, the sound of an explosion, strange chatter, and other noises.

The illegal broadcast was investigated by UK authorities who were unable to determine the source of the signal or who might have sent it. It is assumed that the broadcast was a hoax perpetrated by someone who sent a signal powerful enough to override the station's VHF transmitters, but in the past 30 years, no one has ever claimed responsibility for the hijack. (My own research into this incident revealed that an unnamed group of students were suspects at one point, but that no evidence beyond mere suspicion was ever offered to support that theory. Another suspect was a person with connections to the British broadcast industry who was known as the "Cosmic Cowboy," and who may have been assisted by a cabal of hippie friends. Again, there is no proof for that assertion, either).

It would later be confirmed that five major transmitters were hijacked simultaneously, a rather spectacular feat at the time that would have required considerable transmitting power and a coordinated terrestrial effort.

The event caused panic in some parts of the local population for people who believed that the transmission was actually coming from an alien civilization.

Because this incident occurred over 30 years ago, it has all but faded from the memory of most people and remains primarily of interest to ham radio enthusiasts and those who study UFO history.

The person (or entity) responsible for the transmission has never been heard from again.

Note: The exact name of the "alien" identified in the opening of the transmission is still open to debate. According to the few sources available on this incident, the name of the speaker is given variously as Vrillon, Gillon, Glon, Bramaha, or Gramaha. Since the present consensus opinion and written record seems to lean toward using the name Vrillon, I have chosen to use that name, as well.

"This is the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. For many years you have seen us as lights in the skies. We speak to you now in peace and wisdom as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over this, your planet Earth.

Supposing that the human inhabitants of Lyra (who are said to have a common origin with Terran humanoids) were driven out of that system several thousand of years ago, then it is likely that some of the present day inhabitants of the 'Lyra' constellation may be of reptiloid descent. During the Lyran wars which are mentioned in several 'contactee' accounts, a mass exodus' of humans reportedly left the system and escaped to the Pleiades, the Hyades [which are 130 light-years from earth in the Taurus constellation], and to Vega which is also in Lyra. This region, like our own system, may still be a 'battleground' between saurian greys and humans.

The Andromedan Council

The Andromedan Council is a group of beings from 139 different star systems that come together and discuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now(356, as this was written a year ago), because that affects everybody.

Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occurred that causes the tyranny 357 years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down to Earth, Earth's moon and Mars. Those three places.

The very first meeting the Andromedan council had was to decide whether or not to directly intervene with what was going on here. According to Morenae, there were only 78 systems that met this first time. Of those 78, just short of half decided that they wanted nothing to do with us at all, regardless of the problems. I think it is really important that you know why they wanted nothing to do with us.

We are talking about star systems that are hundreds of millions of light years away from us. Even some who have never met us. They just knew the vibration of the planet reflected those on it. The reasons why they wanted nothing to do with us is that from their perspective, Earth humans don't respect themselves, each other or the planet. What possibly can be the value of Earth humans? Fortunately, the majority of the council gave the opinion that because Earth has been manipulated for over 5,700 years, that we deserved an opportunity to prove ourselves - to at least have a shot at proving the other part of the council wrong.

They want everything extraterrestrial on the planet, in the planet and Earth's moon out of here. The reason for this is that they want to see how we will act when we are not being manipulated. We are all being manipulated, and my first suggestion is to throw your television set away. I can't tell you how sincere I am about that. They are teaching you what to think, not how to think. If you give that up, you become a robot. You become sheeple.

This determination that ET influence will be interesting, because living inside our planet 100 to 200 miles under the surface are reptilians who have been here a very long time, humans from Sirius B, and Grey clones inside the Earth and on the moon. Most of the original Grays are on Phobos, one of the moons of Mars, which is an artificial satellite. There are also Orion beings inside the Earth from 9 different races.

So, The Andromedan Council wants all aliens off of Earth so that they can study us to see how we will react, how we will think, when we are not manipulated by the aliens. That will not happen, as most here have an invested interest in near future outcomes. Even if they left, we are still being manipulated by our elite, governments and big business money flows. Nothing would change. The aliens are not the problem. We hold the problems within us. Their malevolent presence is only a symptom of our illness, not the reason for it.

Got that, council members. We choose, moment by moment, whether we are free or suppressed. The choice is maintained for a reason, to be divulged, soon.

This is what you get for peeking into the future. You are trying to control something you don't understand, to manipulate future events for your own self comfort about your future. The future will take care of itself. Love it, and let it go.

Soon, you will witness an event so profound, that it will affect you and all of the council members far reaching into the future. Suppression is important, first, for this to occur. So, Humans on Earth appear far less advanced because they are held back, for a greater purpose, a purpose that you are not in touch with.
