It seems that nonexistent egos do a lot of existing. The little self rears its head to tell other's off when they disagree with her own strong sense of SELF.

Since you show you have feeling of emotions that can be hurt, you might well learn from such and admit that others can, too, as they are not reserved for you alone. Yes, I give advice as good as you do.

Profpat has opinions and some others may be as insulting as yours. (I voted for KiGs in your battle with her) The path is long to tread, as Drifter notes.

Mostly, posters suggest from what's worked for them, a give and take, even in thread they don't like. Your 'Mikal, get over yourself' is more of a demand of a command. You may notice that you still command no one. Mikal Decides her life, not you of your 'little self' that is so forceful upon others.

Loudness distances, whispering caring attracts, so I leave you for now to fester and simmer (as you seem to be doing) and wish you the best.

Is anger and control really all you've got at the moment? Pleas, tell me it isn't so. Remember the training of meditation—one can use it for calming when a 'crisis' arises. Only a suggestion—take or leave as always.
