Michio Kaku's advise on TOE claims.

Profpat re-activated today an old thread What your TOE must have - 04-02-2005.
In message #1, Guille (The Thinker) provided a link (now invalid) written by Dr. Michio Kaku (a famous physicist on string theory) about the criteria that a claimed TOE might have, in order to get attention from the physics community.

After I searched for the said article, perhaps Kaku did some modification and now the link becomes http://www.mkaku.org/articles/what_to_do.php .

    Please comment.

    Best Regards. Bottomlander

    regards michael.
I think, as a professional physicist, Michio Kaku thinks more about GUT rather than to think out of the box to outline a TOE.

GUT is just a small technical part of TOE.

In the present day real world, most smart Chief Technicians of the successful IT enterprises still need to let other open-minded aggressive yet risk-controlled person to crossover several fields. Or else, those Chief Technicians (like Bill Gates or any big names you know) really promoted themselves to that comprehensive level and concern more about high levels rather than just remain as the technical (math/equations) level.

He should practice what he is preaching.
