Water is the one compound that is gas, liquid or solid and easily mutable between states.

    Scorpio is a Water sign.

Does that demystify the current state of affairs for you?

All compounds, even iron exist as gas, liquid, and solid. Because they are all made from protons and electrons ???

That's the kind of proof that might prove interesting.....

Re: The missing link of The Theory of Everything.

    Read my post again.

I did not claim that it was the only compound with these properties.

Is iron as easily mutable? This was my main point concerning water.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_(properties)

A great example of the construct of language being so easy to misinterpret.

Yes, maybe there's another twist and turn that could be traversed. If the "fact" could not be uttered, then whether or not it was a fact, the inability to utter it could present something similar to a "Law of Physics" ...

    Ok, you win, Greg.

Dang, just when I think there's a loophole somewhere ... LOL

Re: The missing link of The Theory of Everything.

    Twas an evening in November
    as I very well remember
I was walking down the street in drunken pride
when my legs went all a flutter
and I landed in the gutter
and a pig came up and lay down by my side

Yes I lay there in the gutter
thinking thoughts I could not utter
when a young girl walking by did softly say
'You can tell a man that boozes
    by the company he chooses'
    and at that
... the pig got up and walked away

Re: The missing link of The Theory of Everything.

    Missing Link?

    Of Life?

Now, how does one draw a clear line
    Between organization and not?

When, even, does the night turn to day?

The most interesting and potent things,
From the evolution of the universe to life,
    Exist at the blurred boundary
    Between order and chaos,

Life perhaps emerging in tide pools—
The shifting edge between land and sea.
    .
    It is the fuzzy realm
Where things have to be orderly enough to take form,
But not so much frozen that they cannot change.
