In the Buddhist view, as far as I can figure it out, the explanation would be the identity of all points in spacetime. Spacetime extension would be real in a conventional view but unreal in an absolute view. Here we can think of the 'hypothesis of duality' proposed by some physicists, by which, if I haven't misunderstood it, spacetime is fundamental or not-fundamental depending on how we look at it.
