There was a stage in the Chateau’s dining room and Cirque Du Soleil came out to perform some amazing acrobatics to some entrancing music, some of the singing being in English and some in French. Although English was mostly frowned upon in Quebec in public, Cirque could do as it wished:
Allegria
Come un lampo di vita
Allegria
Come un pazzo gridar
Allegria
Del delittuoso grido
Bella ruggente pena,
Seren
Come la rabbia di amar
Allegria
Come un assalto di gioia
Allegria
I see a spark of life shining
Allegria
I hear a young minstrel sing
Allegria
Beautiful roaring scream
Of joy and sorrow,
So extreme
There is a love in me raging
Allegria
A joyous,
Magical feeling

Como un payaso que grita
Allegria
Del estupendo grito
De la tristeza loca
Serena
Como la rabia de amar
Allegria
Como un asalto de felicidad

Como la rabia de amar

(‘Allegria' is one of my top ten favorite songs.)
Many more ToeQuestors had shown up and they were all ready for desert after this dazzling circus show of high leaps, balancings, and all that. Then there would be the first nightly lecture presentation and some dancing afterwards.
Even Graham has pulled himself back together and had quarklesssly returned, having learned his lesson about tickling the dragon’s tail bottom up.
“I hope that the actual real and true TOE gets revealed in the speech tonight,” Tarina wondered and hoped aloud.
“Oh, it will,” Austin replied. “There is no doubt.”
